The Jack Goepfert Memorial Relay Invitational

Hosted by the Hummelstown Swim Team

Monday June 30^th 2008, 5pm Start rain or shine

Warm-ups begin 3pm (times to be announced)

An evening of fun for swimmers of all ages

 Rosettes will be awarded for 1^st, 2nd and 3^rd places in medley and free relay

Custom Ribbons for places 1-12 in other events, 4-12 for medley and free relays

Trophies awarded for 1^st, 2nd and 3^rd high team points

 We ask that teams limit entries to 2 relay teams per event. There is no limit to how many events one swimmer may enter.

 Please submit relay times when possible, all teams not having times will be seeded on a first come basis. We understand that the unusual nature of some events will not make relay times possible.

 Mixed relay- 2 boys/2girls, if needed 3 girls/1 boy

Crescendo is *6&u (25), 8&u (25), 9-10(50), 11-12(50), 13-14(50), UNL (100) *may use 2 8& u if needed

An event list and directions will be available at out website. A Meet Manager entry will also be posted on our site.        www.hstswimming.org

The cost is $ 10.00 per relay ($ 2.50 per swimmer, per event) crescendo $15.00

Make checks payable to (HSC) Hummelstown Swim Club

Any volunteer timers would be appreciated (submit names with payment)

 Spectator Entry: $2.00

Programs: $2.00

 A variety of food will be available at the meet concession area during the evening.

Coaches, officials, volunteers should enter at HSC main entrance

***The Coaches relay will be the final event (No Charge)
